OUR PRACTICE
Founded in 2008, Coweta Medical Group
will be the only locally owned healthcare provider in
Coweta.
We specialize in providing care for children,
adults, and seniors. We also provide excellent care for
workers compensation injuries, drug screens, sports and D.O.T.
physicals. Coweta Medical Group understands the need for
consistent care. We treat each patient like family. Our
compassionate, professional staff is dedicated to providing
the highest level of care possible.
Because we are locally
owned, we are patient driven. This means that we can focus
more on providing excellent care, and less on the bottom line.
We are not tied to any large medical corporation. We provide
effective care that is responsive to the needs of the
community. Being physician owned means that our doctor
and PA's are able to focus on you!
HOURS AND SCHEDULING
We offer same-day appointments for all of our
providers. We also have a minor emergency where you can
be seen on a walk in basis. Our friendly staff will be
happy to answer any questions you have regarding scheduling
and payment arrangements.

APPOINTMENTS
We try
our best to stay on schedule, however, emergencies sometimes
arise. If we are seriously delayed we will try to notify you
prior to your appointment. Please help us stay on schedule by
arriving on time for your appointment.
CANCELLING AN
APPOINTMENT
If you
are unable to keep your appointment or are going to be late,
please call the office as soon as possible. This courtesy
allows us to better serve our other patients. If you have
several missed appointments we may elect to charge you or
withdraw from your care.
URGENT
CARE
If you have an urgent
problem during normal business hours please call the office
and speak to the nurse. For after-hours urgent problems,
please call emergency services at
911.
PRESCRIPTION REFILLS
If you need a refill on your medication call
our office at (918) 486-7425. Please give us your name, phone
number, date of birth, physician, prescription and where you
want the prescription filled. Please call 24-hours in advance
to give us time to obtain authorization from your physician.
No narcotics are refilled after office
hours or weekends.
BILLING
Payment/co-payments are due at the
time of your office visit. We prefer not to send bills because
the costs of statements and postage affect our fees. You may
pay by cash, check or credit card. If you have
insurance, we will file your claim for you.
INSURANCE
In order to file your insurance
claim, we need a current copy of your insurance card. If we
are a participating provider, your portion of the payment will
be due at the time of your office visit (i.e. co-pay,
deductible, percentage). If we are not a participating
provider for your insurance, payment is expected in full at
the time of service. If you have questions regarding your bill
please call (918) 486-7425. When you come to our office
you will see the providers and staff with computers that store
your medical records. This system helps us to be more
efficient and also saves you time. When you call with a
medical inquiry, at the stroke of a key, we can access your
chart and answer your question.
